Hamish was brilliant from the original phone call. Explained process, booked the time, outlined costs and once driver on way, a text arrived with arrival time expected. Slick service once on site and again all explained. Within 2 hours our water was perfect after a large amount of crud had been removed. Drinking out of the tap again a joy vs. bottled water!! And a clean shower! Will definitely use again! Thanks!

Safe H2O were amazing! They were super easy to communicate with both over the phone and through email. Hamish was polite and knowledgeable and was able to book us in really quickly. He made us feel prioritised and confident with them with his follow up emails and his quick responses. Steve, who came to do our tanks, was polite and kind and confident and did an amazing job. He kept us up to date with what he was doing and really knew his job inside and out. Over all I will 100% contact them again in the future and recommend them to the people in my life.

Great experience with Safe H2O at Omaha Beach. Hamish made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and how much it would cost. Steve was great on the day and told me exactly what was happening. Great thing vs others is you don’t have to buy a tanker of water afterwards.
