SAFE H2O TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For our water tank cleaning process, your tank must be at least half full. If you need a water top-up, please arrange for it at least 48 hours before your booking to ensure the water has time to settle.
- When confirming your booking, please ensure our truck can park within 50 metres of your water tanks, as our hoses have a maximum reach of 50 meters. For your reference, our truck dimensions are 3.1m high, 2.1m wide and 6.7m long.
- When confirming your booking, please ensure that your property is free from any hazards, such as low-hanging powerlines or trees, that might block access or pose a safety risk to our operators during the tank clean. If any trimming of branches or foliage is needed, an additional labour charge may apply.
- If our operators are unable to complete the job due to factors beyond our control, such as limited access or hazards, a charge for the truck’s travel time may apply.
- When our operators are on-site, we kindly ask that clients ensure all animals are securely contained for everyone’s safety.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your tank clean or filtration system installation, please let us know with as much notice as possible before your scheduled booking. However, if our operators are already en route to your property, a travel charge may apply.
- An invoice will be emailed to you on the day the job is completed, with payment available via online banking. Please note that payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
